Introduction
COUNT ON ME is an integrity development program proudly design by ZAMOREX. In 2013, COUNT ON ME started as an independent strategic program to support the 2030 Global Goals.
The programs development is directly organized by the ZAMOREX project team. COUNT ON ME shall remain separated from all other integrity programs.
The scope of the program was derived from ZAMOREX free thinking cleaning, is an inside-out purification process that generates positive global mindset.
Objective:
The purpose of this program is to ensure all ZAMOREX affiliate participant benefits the full potential of its content outlooks, as well as its programs and partnership involvement.
COUNT ON ME has been design to catch up with all global better life processes to meet the challenges of global programs platform. Other integrity programs are mere programs compared to the count on me process system.
COUNT ON ME shall touch every aspect of ZAMOREX strategic systems to encourage every member stakeholder on the importance of maintaining organizational integrity.
Personality Integrity: The program is based on positive character building to enhance human capacity development and personal value added activities. COUNT ON ME programs shall be initiated into the human personality development to support the individual race.
Family Integrity: The family member are required to guide their actions and conduct in any organizations or firms they fine there self, in their day to day work and ensure they do not have the potential that will lead to corruption.
Relationship Integrity: Our relationship is a comprehensive plans and process of achieving, maintaining and associating with the right people to build a unique value for the organization and its programs.
This program involves the incorporation of service system which function is to accomplish larger efficiency and effectiveness in programs delivery and value.
Academic Integrity: Education is the key to integrity building, because we need to know in order to understand the application of the general programming systems. COUNT ON ME shall run through all the academic programs and ensure integrity is established in accordance with the universal processes.
Social Integrity: The foundation of count on me is completely built on social integrity, because that is the center of global disruption.
Count on me is acting in the capacity of a diffused element through its programs deliverable. The programming language is decoding and encoding the integrity systems established in any social presence.
Religious Integrity: Spiritual organization is the baseline of all integrity building. Religious organizations are the co-founder of integrity development among all form human race.
These teachings are expressed as give and take programs, packaged for humanity. COUNT ON ME has place itself as "love is the law" at the center of all things to showcase integrity as everything in life.
General quality control: The programming system is facilitated under effective quality control. necessary measures are taken to ensure material production undertakes high quality control.
- Items used as deliverable should be prepared base on global standard, and programs activities must adhered to leadership work scope to maintain standard delivery
- Stakeholders should be well cultured in processing the programs under effective quality measures
- Projects shall also be delivered under high quality control and should be base on general scope of work
- The system shall be strategically re-define in capacity enclosure to ensure effective programs flow assurance.
Facility management and integrity control: COUNT ON ME shall enlarge the management of its facilities by establishing a comprehensive list of operational materials for either any of the project programs.
Unit system and reporting shall be setup in all programs of activities. This is done to ensure integrity of all production operation are under control.
Implementation is vital as a result of achieving functional baseline in all programming template. All financial appropriation shall be fully established by the production operation programming system, and all integrity control measure should be taken into consideration.
